Commentary
Stereo power amplifier with hybrid design.
The CL60 uses two 6CG7 driver tubes per channel for the driver stage and four output tubes 6550 per channel for the output stage.
The output stage has a parallel connection of two 6550 s each, and a balanced drive system in which the plus side waveform and the minus side waveform of the signal are independently driven. This improves the drive power and eliminates the influence of the back electromotive force generated by the speaker, enabling more reliable speaker drive.
The CL60 is normally configured to produce 100W-class power, but with an emphasis on sound quality, it produces 60W output through a 3-pole tube connection.
The power supply section uses a 6550 plate power supply with a bridge connection of diodes based on a heavyweight transformer and large-capacity capacitor, and a constant voltage circuit for the driver stage.
Black panel and knob are sold separately, and it is also possible to change to BlackCar color.
