AD-P2
Commentary

AD-2 series monaural power amplifier.

The circuit configuration of the AD-P1, which was developed for large floor type speakers, is taken over as it is, and the power is increased at 4 Ω load.

The AD-P2E is configured without the input attenuator.

The main part of the electrical circuit is a module mounted inside an aluminum die-cast case.
The inside is filled with carefully selected epoxy material with good sound quality. By integrating it as a module, self-generated vibration is suppressed, and it is hardly affected by external vibration. In addition, by modularization, electrical stability is improved, and DC servo circuit which is widely used in general is not required.

The output stage does not use power transistors in parallel, but uses a single push-pull configuration of high-performance large power transistors in pursuit of higher sound quality.

We have adopted only excellent transistors from domestic and overseas products for important transistors, and we have prepared specially the most important transistors.
In addition, an attenuator using a high-performance thin-film resistor or a precision resistor for sound is used for the resistors.

Film capacitors are used as smoothing capacitors for power supply circuits except for the power stage.

The power transformer, switch, printed circuit board, wiring material, etc. also use parts with consideration for sound quality.
