Commentary
This is a professional stereo tape deck with electromagnetic brake and cross field head technology.
The X-360D is configured without the main amplifier block and built-in speakers from the X-360.
Cross-field head is used for the head part.
In this method, the signal current is applied to the recording head, and the bias current is applied to the external bias head. Since these heads are positioned in the specified spatial position relative to each other, the signal recorded on the tape is recorded without being adversely affected by the bias magnetic field even when the bias is applied, thus achieving more faithful recording.
A 3-motor configuration is used for the mechanism part.
A hysteresis synchronous 3 motor is used for the capstan drive, and one touch switching is possible just by pressing the selector button.
Equipped with an automatic dust grinder.
There is no need to examine the head for dirt with the naked eye, and the head can be cleaned when the lamp turns on.
Equipped with automatic volume control (Vga-O-Matic).
Simply press the set button and the rest will be done automatically, eliminating the need to record by adjusting the volume control to your hand while watching the VU meter.
Equipped with an automatic reverse function, it automatically reverses during playback.
It can be reversed by sensing tape.
Built-in solid state preamp section.
Equipped with a tape lifter that operates during fast forward and rewind.
Equipped with an electromagnetic brake, the tape stops completely without stretching or slackening.
Equipped with automatic stop and automatic shut-off functions.
Equipped with automatic pinch roller release function.
Equipped with tone control function.
Equipped with a 4-digit tape counter with reset button.
Equipped with a remote control jack.
The exterior has a walnut finish.
