Commentary
This is a studio-type stereo tape recorder compatible with No. 10 reel.
Cross-field head is used for the head part.
The crossfield head is designed so that the signal current is applied to the recording head and the bias current is applied to the external bias head, which is located at a predetermined spatial position offset relative to each other so that the signal recorded on the tape is not adversely affected by the bias field.
An all-transistor solid-state amplifier is used for the amplifier section.
In addition, an amplifier arrangement by a card system is adopted.
The mechanism uses an outer rotor motor to drive the capstan directly.
Equipped with sound oversound recording function.
Equipped with automatic stop and automatic shut-off mechanism.
FM multiplex broadcasting can also be recorded (90 kHz bias)
