A tape recorder that supports open-reel and 8-track cartridge recording / playback.
The tape deck supports 4-track stereo / monaural recording and playback. Tape speeds are 4.75cm/s, 9.5cm/s, 19cm/s and 38cm/s with the included 38cm/s adapter.
Cross-field head is used for the tape deck head.
The crossfield head system is designed so that the signal current is applied to the recording head and the bias current is applied to the external bias head. Because these heads are offset relative to each other, the signal recorded on the tape is recorded without being adversely affected by the bias field.
The tape deck is operated with a 2-lever system for reliable operation, the track selector knob switches between stereo and monaural, and 90m (300 ft) cartridge tape for 15 minutes per channel for one hour of continuous performance.
In addition to automatic, shut-off, and temporary stop levers, a 3-digit tape counter with reset button, tape cleaner, and tape lifter are also equipped.
The cartridge is compatible with 8-track stereo recording and playback, and the head uses a 1-micron gap head.
The cartridge has a program selector button that allows you to select any program. Remote control is also available for program selection, and a program instruction lamp is also installed.
In addition, it is equipped with a cartridge automatic stop mechanism and transfer safety button.
An all-silicon transistor amplifier is used in the amplifier section, and two 10 cm cone type speakers are installed in the speakers.
Equipped with tone control.
Each tape speed has an equalizer.
Equipped with DIN jack and stereo headphone jack.
Equipped with Twin type VU meter.
A walnut finished cabinet is adopted.
Can be used horizontally and vertically.
Equipped with a universal power supply voltage switching device, it can be freely changed from 100 v AC to 240 v AC and can be used for both 50 hz and 60 hz.
