Commentary

A 3-head cassette deck that emphasizes basic performance and operability and pursues simplicity.

The head section consists of three separate heads for recording and playback, and the recording / playback head is equipped with A & D's unique Super GX head.
GX stands for Glass & X' tal. The core is made of ferrite material with high hardness and excellent magnetic properties, and the head gap is filled with glass resin with the same hardness as the ferrite material.
The head winding uses LC-OFc class 1 "Quantum" is used for the head winding, enabling recording and playback with higher purity.

Closed-loop double capstan system is adopted for the mechanism part.
The capstan and pinch rollers are placed in front and back of the head system to drive the tape, eliminating the negative effects such as uneven reel rotation. In addition, the tape tension between the capstan and the pinch roller is kept constant to ensure smooth touch of the tape to the head system and stable running.

In order to reduce unnecessary vibration of the cassette half, it is equipped with a cassette stabilizer using sorbacein.
This stabilizer uses convex shaped sorbacein on the surface that comes into contact with the half to improve sound cloudiness. In addition, aluminum is used for the cassette lid.

Equipped with power loading function, direct lead-in and power ejection are possible.
With the cassette lid open, you can play, listen, fast-forward and rewind with one touch.

In order to prevent digital noise from the microcomputer from adversely affecting sound quality, the microcomputer is separated from the circuit board of the recording and playback amplifier and is electrically shielded.

It is equipped with an auto tape selector. When a set tape is set, the bias current and equalizer characteristics corresponding to the type of the loaded cassette tape are automatically set.

Equipped with manual calibration mechanism for bias and level.
Even if you use the tape selector to set the characteristics according to the type of tape, there are subtle differences among manufacturers even for tapes in the same position, so you need to make fine adjustments according to the type of tape you are using.
In the GX-Z6300EV, the bias / level adjustment knob is operated by the built-in oscillator, and manual calibration of the optimum bias / level for each tape is possible. When the tape calibration is set, the peak level meter is displayed exclusively, and you can operate the optimum setting by visual confirmation.

Equipped with a real-time counter function, the elapsed time during recording and playback, fast forward or rewind operation can be displayed in the rear time.

Equipped with a Lee Ka-eun turrimain function, it detects the rotation of the cassette tape hub and displays the remaining amount of the tape during recording and playback.
The tape length switch on the front panel allows you to set and operate the length of the tape to be used, and you can select 12 different tape times from C-46 to C-110.

Equipped with a memory function capable of 2-point memory, one memory point can be set in addition to the conventional 00.00 point.

A high-frequency bias circuit is adopted in which the bias oscillation frequency is set to 210 kHz, more than double the conventional frequency.

Equipped with Dolby HX Pro, it is possible to improve the high frequency characteristics.
In addition, a Dolby B/C noise reduction system is installed as a noise reduction system.

Equipped with an auto monitor function, recording status can be checked immediately.

Equipped with an autoplay mechanism that rewinds the tape to the beginning and starts playback automatically.

Equipped with an IPSS mechanism, you can skip up to 30 songs before and after.

Gold plating is applied to the input / output terminal and headphone terminal.

Power cord with polarity display is used.

Wireless remote control is included.
