Commentary
A stereo receiver designed with plenty of room for high-end circuitry.
The FM front-end part of the tuner uses a dual-gate MOS FET and a frequency-linear four series varicon to improve various characteristics. The IF amplifier stage uses three ceramic filters to improve selectivity and capture ratio.
In addition, the combination of four ICs enables FM reception with low distortion and low noise.
The MPX circuit is equipped with an IC-15 kHz low-pass filter and low-noise silicon transistor to obtain stable stereo effects.
Equipped with FM muting circuit.
The AM tuner section uses a 3-row varicon and ceramic filter.
The frequency characteristics of the preamplifier are improved by using a fully connected circuit using silicon transistors.
The tone control circuit is NF-type and can be adjusted in 2 dB steps.
The power amplifier uses an ITL-OTL-OCL circuit to improve efficiency.
Built-in power supply stabilization circuit and transistor / speaker protection circuit.
Built-in preset volume function.
This function allows you to set the maximum value of the volume in advance by presetting the outer ring of the volume to an appropriate scale.
The meter section uses a two meter system of signal and tuning.
