High-performance optical deck is adopted for the mechanism part.
By taking advantage of our in-house development capabilities in semiconductor lasers, we have simplified the laser path and installed a laser pickup with a new support system for the objective lens actuator. In addition, two newly developed ICs are used in the servo circuit to perform precise focus and tracking servo along with the 3-beam astigmatic system.

The D/A converter uses a 16-bit D/A converter developed in-house.
The high-precision thin-film resistance element that serves as a reference resistance is further subjected to ultra-precision trimming with a laser beam, and by thoroughly pursuing the element, we have obtained a high accuracy of ± 0.002% or less for non-linear strain.

An 11th-order low-pass filter is used to cut unwanted high-frequency digital components (aliasing noise and sampling frequency) contained in the audio signal just output from the D/A converter.
