Commentary

A stereo power amplifier that can also be used as a monaural amplifier with BTL connection.

It can also be used as a monaural power amplifier by relay operation using the switch on the rear panel.
Monaural operation is performed by the BTL method. The input terminal and output terminal are connected only on the L side of the main speaker terminal. Therefore, there is no need to change the wiring.
When operating as a monaural amplifier, the indicator on the front panel lights up.

The SE-9060II uses a DC amplifier configuration, which has flat low-frequency characteristics and no phase shift, enabling more faithful reproduction of the input waveform.
In addition, in order to improve stability by suppressing DC drift, a differential amplifier with dual FET with excellent temperature characteristics is used at the first stage in the current mirror load.

It is equipped with a protection circuit to protect the amplifier from destruction due to overheating or overcurrent.
It is also equipped with a protective circuit that uses a relay to isolate the circuit from the speaker when a DC component is added to the amplifier input or when a DC current is generated at the speaker terminal.

The differential amplifier stage and the voltage amplifier stage are driven by a constant voltage power supply, and dynamic characteristics such as transient crosstalk and self-transient distortion are improved by adopting a separate power transformer for the left and right, four electrolytic capacitors, and two rectifier circuits.

A thin design is used for multiple power amplifiers such as multi-amplifiers.
