Commentary
An FM/AM stereo cassette tuner amplifier that combines a tuner, deck, and amplifier into one body.
The tuner section uses a quartz synthesizer to achieve stable tuning, and the reference frequency is set to 25 kHz, which is outside the range of audibility range, to eliminate adverse effects on playback sound.
The tuner section also includes functions such as six FM/AM presets, last one memory, and FM muting / mode switch.
The main amplifier section has a simple circuit configuration with two highly integrated ICs and one transistor. The output power is 20W + 20W in AC operation and 10W + 10W in DC operation.
The phono equalizer uses a current mirror load by first stage differential amplification.
Microphone mixing with FM/AM, record, and tape sources is possible. Mixing with FM/AM and record can be recorded directly to tape.
The deck section is metal-compatible and uses an SP head with excellent high-frequency characteristics for recording and playback, and a 3-gap ferrite head for erasing.
In addition, a 2-motor IC logic mechanism has been adopted, and dedicated motors for both capstan and reel drive have been installed to realize more accurate tape travel.
Equipped with Dolby NR switch, beat release switch, LED signal / battery check meter.
In addition to AC100V, rechargeable battery pack and car adapter can be used separately.
Also, it can be integrated with the separately sold speaker system SB-F07 by the speaker docking mechanism.
In addition to silver, there was also black type.
