Commentary
Open reel deck pursuing operability and functionality.
The head uses a high hardness permalloy head with excellent wear resistance.
Equipped with a bias equalizer independent switching mechanism, it is possible to draw out the capacity of the tape.
It is equipped with a real-time pause function. When you pause during recording, the tape stops in contact with the head, and the pinch roller waits at a position very close to the capstan. This allows you to instantly enter the recording state when you release the pause, making it easier to take the start timing.
It is equipped with a timer recording mechanism. If you connect a commercially available timer and set the Rec switch and Play lever to set the recording standby state, it will start automatically from the time preset by the timer.
In this case as well, the pinch roller waits at a position very close to the capstan, so it starts to operate quickly when the timer starts, enabling more reliable recording.
By adopting a slide and push operation mechanism, the operability is improved.
When the tape is wound by the auto shut-off mechanism, the mechanism automatically returns to the stop state.
The circuit design that feeds the microphone input and the line input independently enables mixing of the microphone and line.
Equipped with an expanded scale level meter with excellent transient characteristics and easy to read recording levels.
With the quick lock type reel clamp mechanism, you can set the reel just by rotating the shaft.
For tape protection, you can adjust the reel mount height at the back of the deck.
