An FM/AM tuner that uses the latest audio technology and employs highly reliable ICs in each block stage for stability.

A dual-gate MOS-FET is used for the front-end section, making it an FM front-end with a 3-chip configuration.
Together with the precision finished frequency number line type varicon, it has excellent interference rejection capability and S/N ratio, and enables comfortable reception with less distortion even in weak radio waves.

The FM IF section is designed with a 2-element ceramic filter composed of 2 stages (4 elements), and the limiter characteristics are improved by using a proprietary IC.
Compared with conventional single-element devices, the characteristics are much more stable and improved.

A dedicated IC is used in the MPX section to ensure high stability.
A low-pass filter using a coil is also used to prevent beat interference, which is unique to FM stereo.

The AM tuner section uses a high-sensitivity large bar antenna and highly integrated AM dedicated ICs, and the IF section uses a Yaman type 2-element ceramic filter with excellent selectivity and sound quality. These features are designed with sound quality in mind.

The power supply uses a constant voltage circuit to eliminate ripple and voltage fluctuations.

Uses a 2-meter system consisting of a signal meter and a center tuning meter.

The front panel is equipped with an attenuator switch that can be used for FM reception in high-electric-field regions and high-sensitivity outdoor antennas.

It uses a display with a slightly inclined dial to improve visibility.
The frame is a zinc die-cast frame with a two color anodized aluminum finish in silver and black with letters and numbers left behind on the scale surface, plus LEDs for the pointer and stereo lamps.

Equipped with a discriminator output terminal to which a 4-channel adapter can be connected.

Equipped with an FM muting switch, noise between stations can be cut.
