Commentary
A sealed two way speaker system that employs a newly developed two layer DL cone and a plant-fiber diaphragm tweeter.
A 25.5 cm cone type unit is used for the low range.
The pulp and corn paper is coated with a special coating agent to reduce distortion. In addition, the SN ratio and resolution are improved by adopting a low Q-up roll edge coated with damping agent on both sides.
The voice coil employs a four layer winding in series with good characteristics.
A 3.5 cm soft dome unit is used for the high-frequency band.
The diaphragm is made of vegetable fiber and is braked by a special flexible damping agent and two layered glass wool to control deformation of the diaphragm caused by vibration and to reduce strain.
The voice coil uses a lightweight C. C. A. W. (copper-coated aluminum wire) and the magnetic circuit uses a strong 11000 Gauss wire.
High-density plywood is used for the baffle plate and back plate, and multi-layer particle board is also used for the enclosure to suppress unnatural resonance and strain.
In addition, reinforcing materials are used to suppress unwanted sound.
Equipped with continuously variable level control.
