Commentary

This speaker system was developed based on a design concept that places the greatest emphasis on hearing.

A 16 cm full range unit has been adopted for the unit.
In addition to considering the shape and material of the cone paper, we have also taken into consideration the processing method, thereby improving the directional characteristics around 10 kHz.
The voice coil is made of copper-coated aluminum wire (C. C. A. W), which reduces the weight of the coil and improves electrical conductivity.

Since the enclosure is assembled in one piece, the baffle board and the back board are completely adhered to each other, making it stronger.
The material used is a hard chip board newly developed by SANSUI. Especially, it is stronger by adopting a multi-layer structure.
By putting a large amount of glass wool inside and adopting the bass reflex method, it realizes a low sound even though it is small.

An acoustic diffuser in front of the speakers spreads the sound randomly over the entire band, suppressing high-frequency stimuli and providing a natural sound spread that is easy to hear.

It is an open pore finish that uses a curved lattice grill made of natural cypress wood and walnut natural wood.
