Commentary

This is an integrated amplifier that pursues high quality in this class by adopting X balanced amplifier.

The basic configuration of the amplifier is an X-balanced amplifier.
This circuit is isolated from ground and is perfectly balanced from the signal circuit, power circuit and NFB circuit. In addition to fully balanced operation from the input circuit, two amplifiers for the + and - sides drive the speakers at the output stage, and balance feedback is applied at both the positive and negative sides. Thus, excellent speaker drive capability is obtained without influence of ground and other factors.

The equalizer uses a high-precision equalizer to achieve a wide range and high precision RIAA deviation of ± 0.2 db from 20 hz to 300 khz.

Parts such as resistors, condensers and large aluminum heat sinks are used to improve sound quality by using non-magnetic materials.

Tape input 2 circuit is mounted.
It also has a REC selector that allows you to record and output a source other than the one being played back.

It uses a twin relay speaker switch that can connect two types of speakers.

Equipped with a subsonic filter.

Uses AC power cord with polarity display.

There are 2 color variations of black and silver.

* In the generation of AU-Dxx7X Decade, it is described as twin diamond X balance amplifier, but the configuration is the same as X balance amplifier.
Therefore, the AU-D507X is labeled as an X-balanced amplifier in the 1984 catalog and as a twin diamond X-balanced amplifier in the 1985 catalog.
