AU - α 999 dg
Commentary

This pre-main amplifier is equipped with the NEW linear & direct D/A conversion system developed based on the Mash system.

The Mash method is a D/A conversion method that uses the frequencies of a crystal oscillator as the conversion standard. It uses high-order oversampling and third order noise-shaping to instantaneously convert digital signals into high-precision analog signals, and has the feature that 0 cross distortion and nonlinear distortion do not occur in principle.
The AU-alpha 999 dg is a unique linear & direct D/A conversion system (L. D. C. S) with the accuracy close to that of a crystal oscillator and the adoption of a lithium tantalate device with a wide lock range in order to combine the high accuracy of the Mash system with the flexibility suitable for an integrated amplifier.
New L. l. D. C. S, the SN ratio has been further improved by total upgrading from peripheral circuits.

In order to completely separate the digital and analog sections of the power supply section, a dedicated transformer is installed for each digital and analog circuit.
In addition, the analog system uses a 64 φ high-performance low-power electrolytic capacitor as well as a high-capacity transformer to ensure the expansion of the middle and low band that forms the basic part of music.

The amplifier section uses a balanced circuit that does not use earth as a reference, and an α -X balanced circuit that is based on our unique know-how. The circuit itself cancels noise and distortion by the balance operation.
In addition, a 4-amp configuration with dedicated amplifiers on the - and + sides provides a push-pull system that drives under the same conditions from both + and - sides, enabling playback at a low distortion rate.

A twin monaural construction with the power supply in the center and the power units symmetrically arranged ensures that the digital section to be shielded outside the left channel unit and the analog input section to be shielded outside the right channel unit so that the digital and analog sections are clearly separated.

Equipped with a remote controller, volume Up down and total 11 input source switching can be performed in listening position.

It is equipped with functions such as source direct operation, REC selector and direct access rotary switch.

Uses gold-plated input terminal, very thick power cord with polarity display, and AC outlet.
