Commentary
A non-directional speaker system developed by Pioneer Electronics Technology (U.S.A.).
It was sold as an imported product in Japan.
It has a 16 cm cone woofer in the low range and two 8.7 cm cone tweeters in the high range.
Polypropylene diaphragm with reinforced carbon fiber is used as diaphragm of each unit.
The CSL 2000 is made of a new material, Advanced Acrylic Polymer Resin, and has a marble-like appearance. This material is drip-proof and flame-retardant and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
In addition, the upper lighting is made of the same acrylic material as car headlights, and has acquired high durability.
The exterior comes in three colors : grey (summer dusk), black (Midnight granite) and beige (desert sandstone).
