Commentary

A stereo cassette deck equipped with a FLAT SYSTEM for keeping the frequency characteristics of recording and reproducing flat.

Equipped with FLAT SYSTEM for high-precision calibration at 3 points of low band (400 Hz), middle and high band (3 kHz) and ultra high band (15 kHz). It keeps the recording and re-frequency characteristics of the tape flat, and brings out the farming of the tape which is especially easy to cause the center sagging.
In addition, a microcomputer with advanced resolution performs auto-tuning of data appropriate for the tape in a short time.

Equipped with a digital tension servo that uses a microcomputer to control the torque of the reel motor, it greatly improves the wow and flutter especially at the beginning of winding.
In the case of one touch return, the tape is softly stopped toward counter 0000 from high speed → medium speed → low speed.

The mechanism is equipped with Reference Master Mechanism NEW Z mechanism.
While inheriting the basic technology of the Z mechanism, we also extended the bearing part of the capstan shaft to reduce rotational loss.

A cassette stabilizer is installed to suppress the vibration of the cassette half.
Vibration is reduced by damping efficiently the resonance part of the cassette half with special non-repulsion rubber and high rigidity parts. In addition, in order to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the half from the outside, the door and cassette pocket are separated, and the door is equipped with an insulated door that blocks vibration.

A hard permalloy head with PC-OCC winding is used for the recording and reproducing head.
In addition, a double-gap ferrite head with a sendust guard is used for the erasing head.

Large honeycomb insulators and honeycomb shield cases are used to suppress the vibration of the deck body.

Equipped with Dolby HX PRO that controls the bias amount to an appropriate value and prevents over-bias.

The direct construction design allows each circuit to be connected at the shortest distance, eliminating transmission loss and noise contamination.

In the power supply section, the transformer winding is divided into four independent windings for each block such as amplifier, control and FL display, etc., constituting a dedicated power supply.

Equipped with a 17-segment high-precision peak level meter with meter range switching function.

It is compatible with CD-DECK synchro.

Equipped with 2-mode tape counter of counter and time.

It is equipped with functions such as display OFF function, one touch tape return and return play, repeat play, auto space REC mute, etc.

Wireless remote control is included.
