Commentary

A CD player developed with emphasis on the basics, with the themes of complete suppression of unnecessary vibration and complete elimination of unnecessary noise.

The digital filter uses an 18-bit 8-times oversampling digital filter developed in-house.
This is achieved by increasing the sampling frequency from 44.1 kHz to 352.8 kHz and the number of quantization bits from 16 bits to 18 bits using digital calculation, thereby realizing a cleaner and finer faithful reproduction waveform of the original sound.
We have also adopted a Butterworth type LPF using a newly developed high-grade OP amplifier with revised IC internal wiring and internal layout.

The pickup drive is equipped with a linear motor that enables quiet and quick access.
In addition, in order to protect the optical system mechanism from unnecessary vibration, a low center of gravity silent linear motor servo mechanism is adopted in which the center of gravity of the servo mechanism is lower than that of the mechanical support part, and an FRP mechanical base with excellent strength and vibration damping characteristics is combined to realize a silent mechanism that suppresses lateral vibration and external vibration.

In order to reduce the phase difference generated when pit signals are read by laser light and converted into RF signals, an Accu-Focus system is adopted. The phase difference approaches 0 and the error rate is greatly improved.

The power transformer uses a bifilar winding with a high balance of output impedance and output voltage.
In addition, four independent windings, four independent power supply circuits, and seven regulators are used for digital, servo, audio, FL display, D/A converter, etc. to reduce mutual interference of each part.

An FET buffer amplifier of A-class operation is adopted at the last stage of the analog section. The configuration is not easily affected by load fluctuation of the power supply and load of the next stage.

It is equipped with a newly developed clean microcomputer that stops the operation of the microcomputer and suppresses the generation of unnecessary noise when the operation key is not turned on.

Uses a magnet clamp system that fixes the disk with the suction force of the magnet.
Since the disk stabilizer and the clamper arm supporting it can rotate the disk without contact, a silent mechanism is realized to reduce unnecessary vibration.

It uses a honeycomb shaped chassis with high rigidity and a large insulator with excellent vibration damping characteristics.

It is equipped with functions such as auto program edit, time fade edit, music window, one touch fade, variable fade time which can change the fade time from 0 to 9 seconds, and auto space which automatically puts a space of 3 seconds between songs.

Equipped with a power on standby function that enables timer start.
