CD/CDV player with CDV playback function.

When playing a CDV, the audio part and video part are usually played in this order. However, if you turn on the video key, you can play only the video part. If you use the repeat function at the same time, you can enjoy your favorite images repeatedly.
When playing the audio part of a CDV or a normal CD, the monitor screen turns blue and displays characters such as operating mode, program content, time, and audio level.

The video circuit for the CDV video part playback uses a newly developed single-chip video IC, which is also used in laser disc players, to increase reliability while minimizing the effects of circuit inductance and stray capacitance.

A digital filter is used in the audio circuit, eliminating the need for a low-pass filter with steep characteristics and achieving low-distortion audio characteristics up to 20 kHz.

The pickup section uses a high-precision objective lens with greatly improved focusing performance, enabling signal readout with less crosstalk and less distortion.
In addition, the photodetector part has been improved, and 7 buffer amplifiers are built in, and S/N is improved by greatly reducing the effect of external noise.

In addition to the servo / digital system, audio system, and FL display system, the power supply section employs a 4-circuit independent power supply with an independent D/A converter to prevent mutual interference.

It adopts a floating structure in which the optical mechanism is lifted from the chassis.
In addition, the center of gravity of the mechanical chassis is lowered further than the support part of the mechanism, and the ballast and base which suppress the generation of unstable lateral vibration were developed. By fixing it on the ceramic mechanical support with excellent vibration damping characteristics, stable signal reading is realized.

We have further improved the disk stabilizer to reduce unnecessary vibration of the disk, and adopted a magnet clamp that can fix the disk stabilizer and disk table by the attraction force of a magnet.
This mechanism allows the disk to rotate without contact between the stabilizer and the clamper arm supporting it. This mechanism greatly reduces vibration generated during disk rotation and effectively prevents unnecessary vibration.

The base plate of the chassis uses a honeycomb chassis with structural strength increased by honeycomb ribs.

It is equipped with functions such as auto program edit, time fade edit, music window, one touch fade, pause program, and program accumulated time display.
A newly developed digital attenuator IC is used to control the volume when fading.

It has a digital level control function that can adjust the volume with a remote control.

Equipped with 2-speed manual search function.

Equipped with a power on start function that enables timer start.
