Commentary
Equipped with a Dolby digital decoder, this 5.1 chAV amplifier is compatible with DVD-format.
Equipped with a built-in Dolby digital decoder used in DVDs, it enables 5.1 channel surround playback by decoding and D/A converting the digitally compressed Dolby digital signal.
4-channel playback using the conventional Dolby Pro Logic method is also supported.
It also has 5-mode sound field controls that can be used with surround modes such as Dolby Digital and ProLogic.
Equipped with Intelligent System Control (ISC) for centralized control of LD, DVD, VCR, TV, etc.
With this function, the signal received from the included Heads-up remote control can be changed to the remote control code of your AV equipment (18 major equipment manufacturers) and sent from the repeater.
The VSX 09 is equipped with a learning function that can handle remote controls and functions that are not pre-set.
Equipped with a GUI function, you can operate the connector, call and register preset codes and set parameters while watching the graphics displayed on the TV screen.
The power amplifier section is equipped with a 120W independent 5-channel power amplifier.
Sound quality is improved by adopting newly developed 6-train differential volume and digital / analog independent winding transformer.
Equipped with a speaker setting function to tune the playback conditions of the speakers.
Equipped with a low frequency control function that increases the freedom of low frequency management.
The Superbus boosts the low-frequency component below 100 Hz to enhance the bass. The low-cut filter is used when the subwoofer is distorted. It cuts the low-frequency component below 40 Hz to prevent clipping of the subwoofer without reducing the volume of the low-frequency component.
The crossover allows you to change the cutoff frequency when the low-frequency component of a channel that uses a speaker with low low-frequency playback capability is assigned to a subwoofer or other channel.
The LFE mode allows you to change the amount of attenuator for the subwoofer channel in three levels.
Equipped with an AC-3/PCM Digital connector to which Dolby Digital media such as DVD can be connected.
Equipped with four audio inputs and two outputs, two video inputs Line 5 and two outputs, two S terminal inputs and one output, and one composite output.
It also has built-in pre-out terminals for the center and subwoofer.
