Commentary

AV amplifier equipped with MPEG-2 AAC decoder.

It is equipped with an MPEG-2 AAC decoder corresponding to the audio system of BS digital broadcasting.

It is based on THX SELECT.

Direct Energy MOS-FET is used for the power amplifier.
This device is characterized by low power loss due to heat generation, highly efficient signal amplification, and excellent power linearity.
In the VSA-D6TX, this element is selectively used in all five channels so that the operating conditions of each channel are matched.

The internal layout uses direct construction to minimize the signal path, to separate digital and analog circuits, and to place parts properly along the signal path to reduce noise and signal interference between circuits.

The chassis structure uses an isorated chamber construction.

This function is a sound field mode unique to Pioneer. You can choose the sound field that best suits the style of the living room and the sound taste of the user while retaining the essence of surround formats such as DTS and Dolby Digital.
In 5-D Theater mode, you can channel sources such as Dolby surround sound can be played in 5.1 channel multi-speaker surround sound.

Equipped with Midnight listening mode, it can improve the sense of presence that tends to be lacking when enjoying movies or music at low volume such as at night.
This mode adjusts the frequency response, balance, dynamic range, and other characteristics of the human auditory sense according to volume changes.

Large aluminum heat sink is adopted.

A 4-stage FL dimmer display is used for the display part.

AV preset learning remote controller is included.
