Commentary
The AV control center is based on VSA 900, with 5 amplifiers, Dolby Pro Logic Surround and dual center system to improve sound localization.
Equipped with Dolby Pro Logic Surround using active matrix.
The built-in directional enhancement circuit (steering logic) greatly improves crosstalk from adjacent channels, and provides sound exchange and a sense of scale that cannot be achieved with conventional surround sound.
Equipped with four center channel modes for adjusting the effect by matching speakers, etc.
In Normal mode, the signal of 100 Hz or less, which has little effect on orientation, is distributed to the left and right channels, and the signal of 100 Hz or less is cut off from the center channel and output.
Wide is a position where all signals from low to high frequencies are output to the center channel, and is suitable when the same speakers as the left and right front speakers can be used.
Phantom mode is a position to be selected when the center speaker is not used. The center channel signal is divided into left and right and output.
Off is the surround balance adjustment position.
In addition to Dolby Pro Logic, surround mode is also installed.
Stadium Mode is the most suitable mode for images of large stadiums and other places. You can enjoy a wide range of surround sound with reverberation.
Simulated Surround mode simulates the reflection and reverberation of a live house or concert hall. In addition, you can adjust the delay time of the rear channel to adjust the extent of the space.
Studio mode reproduces the sound of a studio or a small hall.
It uses a dual center system that allows the center channel signal to be output through two speakers.
This makes it possible to improve sound directivity and localization by installing center speakers on the left, right, top and bottom of the monitor.
The power amplifier consists of five amplifiers, front L/R, rear L/R, and center. By minimizing the signal path, sound quality is improved.
Equipped with center output terminal for center woofer.
By adopting honeycomb chassis and large insulators, excellent vibration damping characteristics are obtained.
It also uses a thick oxygen-free copper power cord that reduces the influence of external noise.
Built-in features include test tone keys for CD direct input and volume balance adjustment for each channel, and soundfield memory for storing front balance, rear balance, level, and surround modes.
Motor drive electric volume is used for the volume.
It comes with an AV program and remote controller with a learning function that can control VTR, TV and audio equipment with a remote controller.
