Commentary

AV amplifier equipped with Dolby Pro Logic and 2 surround modes.

Equipped with Dolby Pro-Logic circuit developed to effectively enjoy Dolby Surround playback.
This circuit reproduces the sound spread and afterglow of Dolby encoded software by a directional enhancement circuit that reproduces the sense of sound movement and speech localization and a modified B noise reduction that maintains the sound clarity of each channel. The reproduced music signal is played back in four channels : L, C, R, and Surround.
The VSA 01 also has a front three channel logic mode without a rear speaker.

You can choose from three center modes that suit your speakers.
Normal mode is suitable for playback of the center channel using a small speaker. You can obtain richer bass by distributing the bass that does not affect the sound localization to the left and right stereo channels.
The Wide mode is suitable for center channel playback using speakers equivalent to the front L/R speakers. In this mode, all bass to treble are output from the center channel.
The Phantom mode is suitable when the center speaker is not used. The center channel sound is distributed equally to the front L and R. Note that the Phantom mode cannot be selected with the Dolby 3-channel logic.

Equipped with a simulated surround mode, you can enjoy a wide range of sound even for monaural recorded audio and visual software.
In this mode, the sound field can be further expanded by adding or subtracting the delayed signal from the L + R signal of the monaural source and outputting it to the surround L channel and surround R channel.
By adjusting the delay time of the reflected sound, you can experience a variety of sound fields, from the relatively narrow atmosphere of a live house to the sound of a concert hall.

It is equipped with a studio mode that allows you to experience surround sound with general audio sources.
This mode is more effective with reverberant sources, such as classical chamber music or small clubs of jazz.

5-channel all-discrete a 5-channel all-discrete configuration, and all five channels are equipped with independent power amplifiers for surround playback.

Equipped with connection terminals for 4 AV input lines and 4 audio input lines.
In addition, the sub-woofer pre-out terminal and the center channel pre-out terminal allow for upgrading.

Wireless remote control is included.
This remote control features an easy-to-operate key layout centered on the frequently used main volume and power ON/OFF buttons, as well as direct functions such as surround mode selection and source selection.
