Commentary
A pre-main amplifier with standard configuration and Pioneer's traditional amplifier design technology.
The power amplifier section employs an all-stage direct connection OCL circuit that eliminates all interstage capacitors from the first stage to the last stage.
In addition, the characteristics are improved by carefully selecting the transistors to be used and combining PNP-NPN with good matching pair characteristics.
An IC is used for the equalizer, and a 3-stage direct connection circuit configuration with differential amplification at the first stage is used.
By using differential amplification in the first stage, the DC stability of the circuit is improved and the operation is stabilized. At the same time, the cancellation effect is obtained against temperature change, power supply fluctuation, and mixing of noise components.
In addition, the 3-stage direct-coupled circuit allows sufficient DC NFB to be applied to the differential part, so that the distortion component is suppressed over a wide band.
Both Bass and Treble use an 11-point tone control with a Klix/Klukš top.
To improve sound quality at low volume, a Loudness Contour is also installed.
Equipped with a protective circuit that combines an electronic circuit and a fuse.
Equipped with a tape monitor circuit using a lever switch.
The wood case with walnut finish that can be used for SA-6300, TX-6300, SA-6700, TX-6700 was sold separately.
