Commentary

This 3-way bookshelf speaker system adopts a dome type unit with double support and internal drive system and inherits the technology of Scepter E series.

A 25 cm cone woofer is installed in the low range.
By adopting the newly developed lightweight cone and the Scepter Group's direct edge and damper parts, compliance is made to be as soft as possible and low fo has been succeeded.

An inner drive type inverted dome type diaphragm is used for the middle and high frequencies.
This diaphragm has a structure in which a concave surface is placed in the front and a voice coil is mounted in the middle of the diaphragm. This structure suppresses the rolling phenomenon and stabilizes low-frequency operation. In addition, there is no deterioration in characteristics due to split vibration, which tends to occur in high-frequency operation especially when the diaphragm itself is soft.
In addition, since the most efficient driving point is selected by observing the vibration mode with a laser, high efficiency close to the horn type is realized.

The middle area is equipped with a 5 cm reverse dome type squaker.
This unit uses a double support system in addition to the inner drive and reverse dome. By supporting at two points, the edge part and the inner part, response characteristics to large amplitude are improved.
In addition, the ultra-hard duralumin foil diaphragm used in the Scepter E series has been adopted to improve the high-frequency stretch and transient characteristics.

A 3.5 cm inverted dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm uses a super-hard duralumin foil diaphragm similar to the Scoker.

The voice coil bobbin of each unit is made of aluminum foil, which has higher thermal conductivity than paper and better heat dissipation.
Therefore, temperature rise at large input is prevented, and vibration transfer characteristics from the voice coil to the diaphragm is improved by high synthesis, which greatly contributes to the improvement of allowable input transient characteristics.

The enclosure is hermetically sealed.
