CD player with optical transmission system.

The optical transmission system adopted in the C-300X is a further development of the conventional one. It eliminates digital signal interference (D. S. I.) by adopting new methods combining optical and electronic technologies such as optical transmission devices, optoelectronic modules, and in-phase transformers.
In this optical transmission system, an optolink module (front transmission element) is used to transmit data signals with relatively high digital frequencies of 176.4 kHz to 4.3218 MHz that fluctuate. Other clock signals, emphasis signals, and muting signals are transmitted by a hybrid IC with an in-phase transformer inserted. The digital and analog signals are separated by the in-phase transformer to eliminate the penetration of digital noise.
An output-in-phase transformer is also added to the left and right outputs to prevent digital signal interference (D.S. I.) from entering the amplifier.

The D/A converter is equipped with a 16-bit double oversampling digital filter and a D/A converter.

The mechanism uses an integrated, precision finished 3-beam pickup.

In consideration of deterioration of sound quality due to external vibration, rigidity is increased by installing X stabilizers made of PbSb special alloys with four legs connected by X type. In addition, the pickup section adopts I. F.S (Isolated Floating Suspension) structure which is separated from the chassis and suspended by non-repulsion rubber and spring to improve reading accuracy.
In addition, a special anti-vibration material mixed with mica or resin-based material is attached to the cover, which is most susceptible to external resonance, to prevent the cover from ringing.

It is equipped with a 16-track random memory performance function, a direct selection function, a 2-speed fast forward / quick return function, and a repeat function.

Equipped with a headphone output with volume.

A 10-key remote control is included.
