Nakamichi NAKREI FIDELA 300DS
¥ 40,000 (around mid 1960 s)
Commentary
A tape deck developed as a sister machine to the Fidera 300D.
It uses Fidera's unique bell drive tape mechanism with less wow and flutter.
Compared with FIDELA300D, a hysteresis synchronous type is used for the capstan motor, and a large size flywheel is used for the flywheels to reduce speed deviation and improve wow flutter.
It is equipped with a push-pull recording oscillator with a bias frequency of 96 kHz and an all-transistor recording and playback pre-amplifier.
It is equipped with four regenerative compensation circuits : NARTB (50 μ s, 100 μ s) and IEC (70 μ s, 140 μ s).
The two recording buttons enable multiple recording, simultaneous recording, and recording / playback of 4-track monaural.
Designed to be used both horizontally and vertically.
Equipped with an auto shut-off mechanism that stops automatically when the tape is finished.
The exterior uses an oil-finished walnut case and an anodized hairline panel.
