Commentary
A monitor speaker system developed in 1977 (1977).
The 2S-2503P is a speaker system with a small floor space for monitoring in a small studio.
In terms of sound quality, it follows the sound quality of the AS-3001S model, and it was designed and manufactured after thorough sound quality comparison.
It adopts a passive radiator system, and by using a 25 cm cone type passive radiator, it is possible to uniformly reproduce sound in the low frequency band.
A 25 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses a nickel-base alloy FN ring with excellent linearity in magnetization characteristics near the magnetic pole gap of the magnetic circuit, thereby suppressing distortion in the glaze range to less than -50dB (0.3%) and realizing clear reproduction.
In addition, sufficient anti-vibration measures have been taken by adopting die-cast frames and bases.
A 5 cm cone type tweeter is installed in the high range.
Two V-shaped reinforcing bars are used inside the enclosure to reduce vibration and prevent the box from ringing.
There were exclusive casters and exclusive amplifiers sold separately.
