DIATONE DS-53D

Commentary
This is a bookshelf speaker that is compatible with digital sources by introducing proprietary technologies such as a DUD structure.
A 27 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The mid-range is equipped with a 10 cm cone type squaker.
This unit uses CFP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) cone, and high rigidity is achieved by adding high rigidity carbon fiber to polypropylene with high internal loss.
In addition, the center cap uses ω - titanium and the edge uses a tangential edge to improve the high-frequency characteristics.
A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
Ω - Titanium is used for the diaphragm. The surface of the titanium diaphragm is hardened in a special atmosphere, and the reproduction frequency band is greatly expanded by improving the specific elastic modulus. In addition, Diatone's unique D. U. D. is used for the diaphragm structure. By integrating the diaphragm and voice coil bobbin, rigidity reduction due to adhesion is prevented. This reduces high-frequency attenuation and greatly improves response to input signals. Heat generated in the voice coil is directly conducted to the diaphragm, preventing the increase in conductor resistance of the voice coil itself due to temperature rise, and improving linearity and input resistance to input signals.
A low-distortion network circuit has been adopted.
It is equipped with level control for middle and high range.
The enclosure is hermetically sealed.
