Commentary

A compact speaker system that inherits the technology of Diatone's high-end machines.

A 16 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
New Aramid Hybrid FRP is used for the diaphragm. This diaphragm is made of woven organic fiber aramid with light weight, high rigidity and appropriate loss factor, and inorganic fiber amorphous silica with 15% strength improvement compared to the conventional one. This diaphragm enables high-speed reproduction with less distortion even in the signal at the time of Dainyu force. In addition, by adopting H. D. (high damping) suspension at the edge, excellent braking force and long-term reliability are obtained.
This unit uses Diatone's unique woofer direct connection technology. In this system, the center diaphragm, which is the origin of the high frequency resonance, is made into a unique inner diaphragm to physically disperse the high frequency resonance of the woofer. By obtaining natural roll-off characteristics, it is directly driven without using a network. This makes it possible to drive with high purity.

A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm is made of H. D. (High Damping) Alloy, a Shingo gold material that suppresses natural resonance. To take advantage of the characteristics of this diaphragm, a D. U. D structure is used in which a voice coil is directly wound around the diaphragm.
A hybrid D. M. (direct mount) structure, in which the magnetic circuit plate is mounted directly on the baffle, provides high-resolution musical expression.
The diaphragm is covered with felt to prevent sound reflection and radiation from the frame.

It magnetic shielding design prevents adverse effects on TV screen, etc.

The network uses a solderless crimp wiring system.
In addition, is also compatible with a banana plug.

The enclosure is made of carefully selected particleboards with less natural sound.
Also, in order to reduce the diffraction phenomenon, a four sided round baffle with R on four sides is used.

There was a special speaker stand sold separately.
The solid-structured pillars of this stand increase the rigidity of the whole stand, and are equipped with fixing screws to prevent the speaker from falling off.
