Commentary

This compact speaker system is based on the three way design technology of Diatone.

A 20 cm cone type woofer using curved cone is mounted in the low range.
The edge part uses a special urethane edge to greatly reduce distortion and expand the low frequency range. In addition, the center cap material uses a special damping material unique to Diatone, which enables rapid natural attenuation in the high range of the woofer and realizes well-balanced reproduction in the middle and high range.

A 5 cm cone type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The center cap of this unit is made of a specially molded, high-hardness titanium sheet that is subjected to appropriate damping treatment. This improves the high-frequency characteristics and realizes high-resolution playback.

A 1.6 cm dome type super tweeter is mounted for the super high frequency band, and the high frequency band over 10 khz is reproduced clearly.

The enclosure is equipped with a full-scale bass reflex design utilizing the unique know-how of making diatone speakers. The bass reflex duct uses a highly synthetic rectangular duct.
In addition, the internal structure adopts a distributed resonance type in which reinforcing materials are distributed appropriately to increase rigidity and disperse resonance modes to prevent the box rumbling phenomenon that tends to occur in specific bands.

It is equipped with a hook for hanging on the back.
