Commentary
A wall-mounted speaker system for the first Diatone lineup released in 1968.
Two 16 cm cone type woofer PW 1607 are installed in the low range.
This unit has a high-compliance roll edge and uses a barium ferrite magnet for the magnetic circuit.
Two 5-cm cone tweeters, TW-23, are installed in the high range.
The enclosure is a sealed structure using Dap plywood.
In addition, by limiting the depth to 80 mm, it can be mounted on the wall or embedded in the ceiling.
Glass wool sound absorbing material of 25 mm thickness using fine glass fiber of 1 ~ 5 micron is adopted inside.
