Commentary
This speaker system was developed based on the technology and experience of making Macintosh amplifiers.
Equipped with 2 30 cm cone type woofers in the low range and 1 20 cm cone type mid-woofer in the middle and low range.
The edges have undergone special processing.
Two 3 cm dome type skokers are installed in the middle area.
Four coaxial type tweeters of 5.1 cm and 1.6 cm are mounted as tweeters in the high range.
Directional characteristics are improved by setting an angle to the position of the tweeter.
The network uses low-loss metal capacitors for the high-frequency circuit and selected low-loss electrolytic capacitors for the mid - and low-frequency circuit. The network is designed with the linear phase in mind. In particular, the time required for each unit to reach the viewer is adjusted.
As a speaker protection circuit, a protection lamp is mounted on the lower right side of the front of the speaker. When the rated input of the speaker is turned on, a yellow lamp lights up. When an input higher than the allowable input of the tweeter is turned on, the protection fuse of the tweeter blows and a red lamp lights up. When an input higher than the allowable input of the tweeter is turned on, the main fuse blows.
