Commentary
This is a C-series DVD player with improved sound quality by introducing Marantz audio technology.
Equipped with a digital output terminal that supports DTS and Dolby Digital.
A 10-bit / 27-MHz video DAC is used for the video circuit.
The video circuitry includes a wideband and high-slew rate video amplifier.
In addition, a strict discrete analog filter is used for the video output of component video output, S-video output, and composite output achieve extremely accurate filter characteristics.
The audio D/A converter is equipped with a 24bit/96kHz audio D/A converter.
The analog audio circuit uses Marantz' original high-end device HDAM (high-speed voltage amplifier module) which boasts high shield structure.
By making the circuit layout symmetrical, mutual interference of the circuit is suppressed.
The digital switching power supply and the audio linear regulator are installed separately to minimize interference from the digital signal to the audio signal.
Equipped with a picture control function, you can make fine adjustments in 4 items such as sharpness, brightness, color and contrast.
Equipped with a digital filter switching function, the roll-off characteristics of the digital filter for audio signals can be selected from two types, sharp and soft.
Equipped with a Virtual Dolby digital function, you can experience the effects of the Dolby Digital 5.1 ch with a natural sound field feeling with only two existing speakers.
The DV7000 is equipped with the Specializer N-2-2, a new 3D acoustic technology developed by Deathper Products.
Equipped with a zoom function, you can select 2 x or 4 x magnification playback mode with the button of the remote control during playback and pause.
Equipped with an auto power off function, after approximately 30 minutes in the stopped state, it can be switched from the screen saver state to the power off state (power standby state).
Component (color difference) video output terminal is mounted.
A scratch hairline finish aluminum panel is used for the front panel.
Wireless remote control is included.
