Marantz CD-7

Commentary

This is a flagship model of a CD player developed by gathering the best of Marantz's accumulated technologies.

The D/A conversion section consists of a TDA1541AS2 (double crown) with dual differential to improve conversion accuracy. In addition, Marantz's unique DSP technology is introduced and a newly developed 3-mode switching type digital filter is mounted.
The CD-7 has a digital input and can be used as a D/A converter for 3 fs (32k, 44.1k, 48 khz).

CD7 of digital servo IC and VAM1252 of die-casting mechanism are adopted in the mechanism.

The analog section uses HDAM, a high-speed voltage amplifier module unique to Marantz, for all analog stages.

The power supply section uses a super-ring toroidal transformer with high efficiency and low leakage flux.

The chassis uses a die-cast chassis to reduce vibration.

Equipped with noise shaper ON/OFF function.

Comes with an aluminum top wireless remote control.
