Marantz LT-1

Commentary

A line TRANSFORMERS that can be connected between a digital device and an amplifier to block high-frequency noise and transmit only pure music signals.

Audio equipment that performs digital processing generates high-frequency noise in various parts, including A/D and D/A conversion.
In the LT-1, these noises are cut off by a transformer so that only pure music signals can be transmitted.

Marantz original special transformer is used for the transformer.
To install the transformer, the transformer is set firmly in the aluminum block, and a filler is injected to fix it. This reduces leakage flux from the transformer and makes the structure less susceptible to external vibration.

In order to prevent sound quality degradation due to vibration from the outside, the body is firmly fixed with 8 mm thick aluminum front panel, 3 mm thick top plate and die-cast side panel.
In addition, the side panel has been specially painted and has a solid mat finish.

There were 2 types, gold model and black model.
