Commentary
Based on the SM6100SA, this stereo power amplifier has been improved by introducing Absolute SA Technology which reexamines parts, power supply and wiring.
A current feedback type power amplifier is used for the power amplifier section, and an audio transistor LAPT is used for the power device.
In Ver. 2, a Schottky barrier diode is installed in each rectifying circuit of the power supply.
Each circuit uses high-quality polypropylene capacitors and low-noise metal-coated resistors.
In addition, the fluctuation of potential is eliminated by reviewing the ground potential while repeatedly examining the sound quality.
In addition to the direct input terminal, it has a variable input terminal with the maximum gain set to 29 dB, which is the same as a general AV amplifier, so it can be used for a wide range of applications from 2 ch audio to upgrading home theater systems.
The direct input is set to the same gain as the power section of the PM8100SA ver. 2 and PM6100SA ver. 2. Bi-amplifier driving is possible.
It is equipped with through output terminal which can be driven simultaneously by stacking multiple SM6100SA ver. 2.
A speaker terminal made by WBT of Germany is used for the speaker terminal.
An inlet type AC jack is adopted.
