Digital integrated amplifier with D/A converter.

The D/A converter uses the TDA1541A-S1 LSI, which is carefully selected from the "A Version" of the Philips / Marantz group and has a crown mark that certifies the highest quality. It realizes sound quality with excellent reproducibility especially at low levels.

The power amplifier section has a simple structure in which the input signal is directly sent from the volume. The first stage is differential amplification with cascode connection, and sufficient gain is secured by the combination of FET and bipolar transistor.
The output stage has a triple push-pull configuration and uses a Power-MOS FET, which is an audio power amplifier. In addition, two types of operation, pure class A operation and class AB operation class AB operation.

The power supply is equipped with a large toroidal transformer and a large-capacity LowESR type condenser, and a oxygen-free copper 1.53 mm in diameter is used for the wiring material to powerfully drive the speakers.
In addition, in order to prevent digital noise from entering the analog circuit, independent power supply parts are adopted, and the analog circuit is equipped with high-speed power supply utilizing high-integration IC with low-noise broadband.
In addition, a non-magnetic copper plate is also used for the mounting bracket of the condenser, giving consideration to sound quality.

By adopting a copper-plated diecast chassis and diecast side panels, we have achieved a highly rigid structure that is less susceptible to mechanical distortion. In addition, the heat sink is an independent structure on the left and right, made of high-strength aluminum, and provides natural air cooling with high efficiency and no resonance.
In addition, the volume knob has been machined out of aluminum, and the printed circuit board has a polyester base with a copper foil pattern of 70 μ m thick. In this way, we are thoroughly pursuing vibration-free and resonance-free.
In addition, a shield that completely cuts off the digital and analog sections, high-performance relays (25 pieces) are used for function switching, and pattern wiring is connected at the shortest distance to improve separation.

The D/A converter output can be fed directly to the master volume by means of a digital direct switch.

Separately sold remote controller RC-95PM with command memory (learning function) is available, and remote control operation of PM-95 and other AV devices is possible from the listening position.
