Commentary

A belt drive player developed for the Beginner.

There are 2 color variations, PS-10P with Shiraki finish and PS-10W with walnut finish.

The drive section uses a condenser phase-16-pole synchronous high torque motor.
This motor achieves constant speed rotation synchronized with the power supply frequency, and by rotating at about 10 times the rotational speed of the turntable, vibration of the motor is minimized.

The tone arm uses a static balanced S-shaped tone arm with direct needle pressure reading.
The low center of gravity design of the tone arm improves the tracing ability of the recording sound groove and is resistant to external vibration. It also adopts the European standard head shell replacement system that allows easy replacement of the head shell.

Equipped with auto mechanism of auto return and auto cut.
This auto mechanism reduces the mass of the slide link to reduce the sliding resistance and the rotational resistance of the arm.

Uses an output cord with low static capacitance.

Equipped with MM type cartridge.

Oil dump type arm lifter and removable dust cover are adopted.
