Commentary
Stereo power amplifier kit for battery drive.
A902-D is a model with a power indicator by adding option OP902-D to A902-M.
The OP902-D is equipped with a logarithmic compression meter capable of peak indication and direct reading of power, and the front panel is aluminum hairline finish.
Battery drive is possible with A902-M in combination with battery adapter OP902-B.
In this case, only the voltage amplifier stage that has the most influence on sound quality and performance is driven by the battery.
For the first time in a kit product, it is equipped with a duo-beta circuit / S using a single-stage amplifier developed by Lux, which simplifies the signal path and realizes a high-speed circuit.
The NON-NFB circuit of the power stage is available, and NFB/NON-NFB can be switched on the panel.
Four output modes are available. For stereo, you can select A or AB by switching the switch on the panel. For monaural, you can select A or AB.
Oxygen-free copper wires and non-magnetic parts are used to simplify the circuit and carefully examine the materials.
The power supply consists of a large circular transformer and a 30,000 μ F capacitor.
