Commentary

A tube type pre-main amplifier kit equivalent to the kit version of LX33.

The output tube uses a 5-pole 6CA7 (EL34) made in Europe. 6CA7 is used in many of the world's most famous power amplifiers and provides excellent sound quality and high power.

The power amplifier section of the A1033 can be assembled by selecting either the ultra linear connection or the 3-pole connection of the output tube 6CA7. Either method can be changed to another method after the production is finished, and the necessary parts are also included.

Newly developed OY15-5KF output transformer is used to draw out the performance of output tube 6CA7.
The OY15-5KF uses a large-diameter winding to reduce power loss, and uses a single secondary winding to greatly improve frequency characteristics, phase characteristics and AC balance.

The 2-stage P-K / NF type (NFB is applied from the second stage plate to the first stage cathode) is adopted for the equalizer section, which is simple and provides low distortion factor and high stability. It is composed of a twin triode tube 12AX7. The second stage (output stage) is set at the operating point where a large amount of current flows, improving input resistance characteristics and distortion factor in the middle and high range.
