Commentary
Vacuum stabilizer unit developed for PD300, PD310 and PD350.
In VS300, it is equipped with a function to automatically restore the adsorption state, so that a stable adsorption level can be maintained.
This prevents dust from adhering to the sealing pad from being released during regeneration.
Equipped with line phase sensor, polarity management of equipment is possible.
VS300 has a built-in power supply for PD310.
