Commentary
Q series small speaker system equipped with UNI-Q driver.
The unit is equipped with a UNI-Q driver consisting of a 16 cm polypropylene cone type woofer and a 1.9 cm soft dome type tweeter.
In the UNI-Q driver, two units, a cone-type driver and a soft-dome tweeter, are not only made into a coaxial structure, but also placed at exactly the same point with respect to the position of the diaphragm in the depth direction so that the phases between the units are aligned.
In addition, neodymium iron boron, which has 10 times the energy of ferrite, is adopted for the magnetic circuit of the tweeter section, which realizes the miniaturization of the tweeter unit.
This unit is provided with a magnetic shielding to reduce the influence on the CRT.
The crossover network is arranged in the rear terminal by independent wires, and by balancing the frequency range, more faithful playback is possible.
The enclosure uses a bass-reflex method and the exterior is finished with ash black.
