Commentary
Driver unit boasting high allowable input and high efficiency.
Not only as a 2 - to 3-way medium and high frequency unit, it has a powerful handling power that can be used alone for PA speech by combining with a large horn.
The diaphragm uses a 10.2 cm diameter phenolic resin impregnated diaphragm.
The magnetic circuit is basically common with 2441, and 11.3 kg magnet is used.
By using aluminum die-cast with reinforcing ribs for the back cover, ringing resonance which causes the peak response is prevented.
