Commentary
This is a Ti series speaker system, JBL's high-definition home speaker system.
The Ti series included Ti5000 and Ti3000 as high-end machines, but only Ti1000 was sold in Japan.
It is equipped with 706H which is newly developed 16.5 cm cone type woofer in the low range.
The diaphragm of this unit is made of pulp and coated with JBL's unique coating material Aqua Plus, which has an ideal internal loss. The combination of a powerful SFG magnetic circuit and a 37 mm edgewise wound voice coil realizes a voluminous low-frequency playback.
It is equipped with a 2.5 cm dome type tweeter 050 ti in the high range.
Excellent high-frequency characteristics are obtained by pure titanium diaphragm and unique diamond edge.
A bass-reflex system is used for the enclosure, and a double-walled, isocore-laminated structure is used for the interior.
In addition, the side design uses slant side style without parallel surface.
