Commentary
JBL's first studio monitor.
The C50SM has been used by Capitol Records, CBS Columbia, Decker, Liberty, MGM, ヴァーブ, RCA-Victor, Liprize, and others to check the sound quality of their recordings. The C50SM has also been used by ABC Broadcasting for monitoring purposes.
The unit structure was the same as Olympus, and there were 6 kinds of variations in the end.
In addition, the unit configuration of C50SMS8 is different before 1964 and after.
