Commentary

Regardless of the installation method or application, this 2-way speaker system demonstrates its ability in every PA scene such as concert, theater, speech and public speaking.

A newly developed 35.5 cm cone Woofer 1400 Pro is installed in the low range.
In addition to JBL's unique VGC (Bent Gap Cooling) system, which realizes high input resistance characteristics, we have put in a lot of technologies such as 10 cm edge wound, aluminum ribbon, voice coil, pole piece with copper sleeve, and powerful magnetic circuit combining neodymium magnet with 2.5 cm extra-thick top plate.

The high-frequency band is equipped with a horn type unit that combines a newly developed snoutless structure 3.8 cm aperture driver 2450 sl with a flat-front biradial horn 2376.
The 2450 sl achieves distortion reduction by connecting the phase plug and horn directly, and the 2370 is an aluminum diecast horn with H45 ° xV35 ° directional characteristics.

The enclosure uses a bass reflex system, and the exterior has a 22.5 ° vent angle that matches the directional characteristics of the horn.
Superior strength is achieved by the design that incorporates a steel frame into a 19 mm thick plywood.

Various system configurations are possible by combining with the separately sold S. A. F. E (Secure Array Flying Ergonmics) flying metal fitting.
The allowable weight is 2700 kg.
