Commentary
A modular high-output speaker system for the concert series.
The 4852 is a 4850 speaker family system.
There were four variations of the 4850 speaker family, 4850, 4851, 4852 and 4853, each with a different unit configuration.
Two 30 cm cone type woofer 2204H are installed in the low range.
A horn 2385A and a horn-type unit using a driver 2445J with a 4-inch pure titanium diaphragm are mounted in the high range.
The enclosure uses high-density birch-laminated plywood with excellent strength. Surface treatment of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic ensures excellent durability. In addition, the side of the enclosure is cut into a 22.5 ° tapered shape, and by arranging multiple tubes in a fan-like shape, an extremely wide service area can be obtained.
Equipped with 8 embedded metal fittings for flying.
The Concert Series included a wide range of specialized options, including a carrying load case and various speaker mounting brackets.
