Commentary
A small 2-way speaker system for the concert series.
The 4828 was developed for the stage and has an extremely wide and uniform directivity of 100 ゜ x100 ゜.
Equipped with 30 cm cone type woofer 2204H in the low range.
In addition, a horn type unit combining a 2426J compression driver and a 2344 biradial horn is mounted in the high range.
The enclosure has a durable and water-resistant fiberglass coating.
The 4828 has a 22.5 ° tapered shape on both sides. In addition, since the baffle surface can be adjusted to 45 ° / 67.5 ° with respect to the floor, it can be used as a footlight or as a side row monitor.
The internal system uses a bass reflex system, and by installing two bass reflex ducts on the back of the 2344 horn, excellent low-frequency characteristics are secured while being compact in size.
A bumper handle is also used to protect the horn.
Built-in non-slip legs to protect the cabinet surface.
The connector is equipped with ITT Canon EP-8 type male and female (bi-amplifier specification).
The Concert Series included a wide range of specialized options, including a carrying load case and various speaker mounting brackets.
